Reframing and Discovery

When asked how he would describe our work, one client of ours used the metaphor of smoke jumping. He said what he liked best about Encouragetech was that we weren't afraid to parachute into the confusion and figure out exactly what was going on.

We like his metaphor. Here's why.

Smoke jumpers don't just survey the view from 10,000 feet — they get on the ground and find out exactly what's happening. Where there's fire. Where something's smoldering but not lit. Where there are opportunities to be identified and used to a particular advantage.

With indirect channels, all sorts of obstacles can crop up between you and your customer. We start by listening to your assessment of the problem. Then, we enter a discovery phase of the project — determining what's going on and whether or not the scope or focus initially anticipated is on track. We get back to you, sometimes reframing the issues or challenges. Then, we research, getting straight to the critical system points and uncovering the exact nature of the problem at hand. Finally, we map a plan of action that will help your organization break through to new levels of performance.
